To submit an expression of interest for a stall site at the 2010 Aberdeen Highland Games please fill in a
stall expression of interest form. Please return the completed form, a cheque or EFT confirmation for the appropriate money and a Certificate of Currency to:

Terms and Conditions
- Sites are limited so bookings will not be confirmed without receipt of funds and a current Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance.
- The Aberdeen Highland Games Committee aim to have site allocations finalised by the 14th June 2010, & accordingly, all relevant paperwork is required to be with the committee by this date (unless a written prior exemption is gained from the committee). Applications received after this date cannot be guaranteed consideration.
- This Expression of Interest for a site does not guarantee acceptance. Preference will be given to stalls with a Scottish content and good presentation. Acceptance is at the discretion of the Committee. All funds will be reimbursed to unsuccessful applicants.
- It is the stallholder’s responsibility to ensure their stall (including guide ropes and other attachments) fit on the site applied for and allocated to them. On the day, should your stall not fit in the site applied for, the Aberdeen Highland Games committee reserve the right to disallow your setup and no refunds will be able to be made.
- If this is your first application to the Aberdeen Highland Games please send a picture of your stall of goods for sale with your expression of interest.
